On November 10, 2019, the 2019 Lishui First International Friendship City Forum was held in coordination with the China-EU New Silk Road Chamber of Commerce. Guests from Bulgaria, Germany, France, Japan, Hungary, Italy, Switzerland, and other countries, as well as representatives of foreign entrepreneurs in Lishui City, representatives of international students, representatives of overseas Chinese delegations from sister cities, and representatives of media, were invited to participate in this forum. Jinyun County and Pirna, Germany signed the "Letter of Intent on the Establishment of Sister-Province Relationship."
